WE had left off Raleigh at 2 AM to drive all the way to fucking Miami	OK, so we finally see palm trees at a rest stop...	...I'm still dressed warm, like from NYC
But look at our view!! And this was the CHEAP motel.	Churchill's is in a rough part of Miami...but everyone has played it. It's just paying dues.
Jay was a totally cool sound guy and all around pleasant personality. The sound was great.	And everyone was from the UK. It was cool. This guy was a British DJ...kept confusing the punkers by playing old American R&B soul stuff.	He liked Jay & The Techniques so i told him about you Jim (My brother Jim played with them)
I had to hold the camera for all these shots because Don didn't come on the trip.	Locals with Timid in back, wearing an appropriate UK football jersey. Name that team anyone?	This act opened up with Devo's "Uncontrollable Urge"  so how cool is that!

And the girl singer was into it. Real good originals
